Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get a refund for a Stempo subscription. It applies alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Stempo subscriptions are sold through Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. When you buy a subscription, Paddle handles the transaction, billing, and any refund. Paddle's Buyer Terms and Conditions also apply to your purchase.
14-day money-back guarantee
If Stempo isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment on any new subscription — no questions asked. This covers both monthly and annual plans on a first purchase.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually) until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime from your account billing settings or the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Renewal charges (the 2nd payment onward) are generally non-refundable, because you can cancel before any renewal to avoid being charged. As a courtesy, if you were charged for a renewal you didn't intend and you contact us within 7 days of that charge, we'll review it and will typically refund it if you haven't made significant use of the new period.
Free tier and free tools
The free plan and the free tools (vocal remover, key changer, song slowdown) are provided at no cost, so there is nothing to refund for them.
How to request a refund
Email support@getstempo.com from the address on your account, or use the "Manage billing" link in the app, and include:
- the email used at checkout, and
- the approximate date of the charge.
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method; banks typically take 5–10 business days to post the credit.
Exceptions
We may decline a refund where we reasonably believe the request is fraudulent or abusive (for example, repeated buy-use-refund cycles), or where required by law. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund or consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
