What counts against the monthly limit?
Only removing an instrument — the heavy processing job. Changing key, slowing a song down, looping, marking sections and normalising loudness are unlimited on both plans.
Is the audio quality different on the free plan?
No. Both plans produce the same processed output. The plan controls how big your library can be and how many separations you get each month — there's no watermark and no reduced bitrate.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that your library stays accessible at the free-tier limits — nothing is deleted for you.
How do refunds work?
Full refund within 14 days of your first payment, no questions asked. Renewals are generally non-refundable since you can cancel before them, but get in touch and we'll look at it. See the refund policy.
